The alarm system app BuildSec 4.0 is a user software for smartphones and tablets that simulates a control panel of the hazard detection control panel in full functionality.

The BuildSec 4.0 alarm system app can establish a TCP/IP connection to the alarm control panel in 2 ways:

1. Connection via the digital platform hiXserver of TELENOT Smart Services GmbH with the following advantages:
– Quick and convenient setup (no router adjustments, no fixed IP, no DNS service)
– Operation on IPv6 connections possible
– Highest security through TLS and AES encryption for secure end-to-end encryption
– Access control of endpoints and users
– 2-factor authentication for changes on the digital platform hiXserver

2. Direct connection between the app and the hazard detection control panel without the digital platform hiXserver

The alarm system app BuildSec 4.0 is compatible with the following alarm control panels:
– hiplex 8x00H
– complex 200H/400H in conjunction with a transmission device of the comXline series
– compact easy 200H in conjunction with the built-in transmission device comXline 2516 (LTE / GSM) easy

The BuildSec 4.0 alarm system app consists of several parts:
1. Application for smartphone/tablet download from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
2. Activation of the EMA / ÜE in the TELENOT online shop Note: Each hazard detection control panel requires its own activation!
3. In the case of hiXserver operating mode, registration, activation and license acquisition at TELENOT Smart Services GmbH for the digital platform hiXserver

– Arming/disarming of all fuse areas
– Display of open reporting points (door, window, etc.)
– Alarm messages in plain text
– Switching/blocking of reporting areas
– Control of switching functions/switching actions
– View of the event store
– Lock/change codes

Advanced features:
– Storage of the access data of objects in the application of the smartphone/tablet
– Favorites list
